The house is literally walking distance to everywhere! 1 minute to Upper Willis Street, 5 mins to Cuba Street, and 10 mins to Victoria University (Kelburn or Te Aro campus). The house is fully furnished. Modern kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, etc. Washing machine and dryer locate in the laundry room. Continuous gas supplies endless hot water. Tv and piano are in the living-room for your leisure. The room is fully furnished.
