Availability: From NOW until 28 January (two months contract). Everything you need is close by — petrol station 1 minute away, plenty of natural light, a nice deck, safe area, and comfortable living spaces. Ideal for: A tidy, responsible, and easy-going female. This is not a party house. The couple living here are a psychologist and a music teacher. $155 per week plus expenses (Electricity and water, bill split between 3 people monthly) 2 weeks bond and one week in advance.
