Kohimarama, 4 bedrooms

1 room have become available in our spacious flat in Kohimarama (4 rooms, 1 small office, 2.5 bathrooms). The current flatmates are a couple (Romain & Cindy), a male (Dillon) in our 30s, all working full time as a tiler, Office Manager & conservation. We also live with 2 lovely cats (Coco and Milo) always keen to play and get some treats. The room is $275pw (excluding bills). Bills are paid monthly and expected to be $25-35 pw. The bathroom (shower and bath) will be shared only with 1 flatmate. *Moving date flexible, room available from 1st December: 2 weeks bond + 1 week in advance* Our ideal flatmate is someone around the same age, responsible, that contributes to the current dynamic and that treat the place more like a home than a flat. We are all independent but also enjoy hanging out, having a drink or meal every now and then. DM if you are keen with a bit about yourself to arrange a time for viewing!
