Kia ora! We're looking for a new flatmate to join us in our well-established flat in Hataitai! :) Our house has a garden area (lawn mowing included), plenty of sunshine, street parking and a fantastic view over Evans Bay! It's furnished with everything you need and includes a washer, dryer, fridge, freezer and a furnished living room. The room comes with wardrobe and double glazed windows! We are a mix of tour guide, social worker and early childhood teacher. We love sports, such as rugby, swimming, biking, tramping and running, but we also enjoy our quiet time :) - 5min walk to several bus stops (2, 14, 35, N2, 24) - 5min walk to Hataitai Beach (great spot for sea swims) - 15min walk up to Mt Victoria Lookout - Shops and Supermarkets (Countdown, Pak’n’Save, Hell Pizza, BurgerFuel, Four Square) - Kilbirnie Pool & Recreation Centre - Kainui Reserve for exercises - Hataitai Velodrome - Badminton Centre - Mountain Biking Areas The rent is $190.
