We have a room available for one person in our friendly and social flat in Epsom! The room: A good size with a built-in wardrobe and extra storage above. You'll pretty much have the bathroom to yourself; it is shared but all the other occupied rooms have ensuites. BYO furniture, but we can provide a single bed if needed! A bit about the existing flatmates: - 1 Kiwi, 1 British, 1 French, all young professionals in their 30s - 2 friendly outdoor cats The house: A short walk to Remuera train station. Regular buses into town and Newmarket. Close to supermarkets and takeaways. Nice walks/runs nearby with Cornwall Park and Mt Hobson just a few mins walk. Easy highway access @ Newmarket or Greenlane. Plenty of off-street parking available. We’re friendly and tidy peeps who enjoy hanging out - watching shows, board game nights, using the front garden for BBQs when the sun’s out. We’re looking for someone with the same vibe! (Although you’re not required to hang out with us if you prefer your own space. It’s a big house!)
