4 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms. Move in Date: Saturday 13th Dec. Could potentially move out earlier if required :) Double bedroom available in a large, modern house in Ellerslie. House has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms + 1 toilet, spread over 4 levels, with a large kitchen and 2 living areas/lounges. There is a private outdoor courtyard which is fantastic in the summer (morning and afternoon sun). The house is fully furnished (apart from the bedroom) with all the mod cons eg coffee machine, large TV, fridge, lots of plants! If you happen to have a fridge or dryer, we are looking to upgrade but it's really not essential. We also dont have a BBQ anymore if you have one to add. House is fully insulated with double glazing and a heat pump. The room is approximately 4m x 2.9m, with an in-built wardrobe. Big enough for a queen sized bed, desk and bedroom furniture. It gets the beautiful evening sunsets and afternoon sun. You will be sharing the large bathroom (with bath) with one other person. Great transport links, with a 2 minute drive to the motorway, 10 minute walk to Ellerslie Village/Train Station and buses to the city at the end of the road. Current flatmates are working professionals, in our 20's and 30s. The vibe of the house is social, respectful and chill. We all work hard during the week, we're active and have our own hobbies and interests that occupy us, but we also like to hangout and share the odd meal & netflix show in the evenings. Looking for someone similar to join our home, who is social, tidy and considerate in a similar age range. Everyone is signed onto the lease.
