House is 4 bedrooms including en-suite, which owner uses. Bathroom is basically left for other flatmates. Separate toilet. There is a (currently scruffy) vegetable garden you can use if you are a gardener. Owner mows lawns and keeps hedges. One room is available, either for singles or couples. The room has 2 single beds. Working people preferred. Owner still works three days weekly. Flatmates need to be quiet, tidy, clean, reliable and polite and not use common areas or un-rented space to store their personal property Rent is $250 per week and includes Netflix (if you want it) and wifi. Owner pays for rubbish, recycling and lawnmowing. If the flat needs a kitty for commonly used things (like dishwasher tablets & dishwashing liquid, toilet paper) we can talk about it. Otherwise share each purchase. If a couple occupy a room, the rent is $350.00 for that room. Rent is payable strictly weekly in advance with a bond of 2 weeks' rent, also payable strictly in advance. You will need photo ID. No parties, no dope, no smoking or vaping. There is no off-street parking at all nor any use of the garage at all. There is a wide berm at the front and the street is a quiet cul de sac. Owner supplies beds, bedding, towels, crockery, cutlery and cooking materials but you buy your own toiletries. Owner uses all his own frig but there is a second frig/freezer for the use of other flatmates. If we need another I can get one.
