Alternatively may also have a trade qualification, i.e. diesel mechanic or fitter and turner or have experience in repairing and maintaining machinery or just have a love for working on cars/motorbikes or other machinery.\r\n\r\nTrip lengths on the vessels range from two to six weeks and crew operate on a trip on, trip off rotation. Organise and oversee contractors for more complex tasks. • Security: Ensure the security of all farm buildings and equipment. Luxury Home Management • Housekeeping: Maintaining of cleanliness and presentation within the main house. • Domestic Oversight: Manage household tasks such as collecting mail, paying utility bills, and monitoring supplies, preparing for guests. • Maintenance: Management and upkeep of the swimming pool and spa, including regular cleaning and chemical checks. • Plants & Gardens: Watering and care of all plants within the Family home as well as glasshouse and vegetable gardens. • Owner liaison: Acting as the main point of contact for the owners, providing regular updates on the property and farm. General responsibilities • Security: Both partners share responsibility for the overall security of the entire property, including the lodge, outbuildings, and machinery. • Emergency response: The couple would jointly handle any emergencies that arise, whether related to the livestock, the house, or the property in general.
