Contribute to impactful commercial and industrial projects Registered Plumber | Christchurch We are working with a client who are seeking a NZ Registered Plumber to join a commercial and mechanical services team in Christchurch. This role sits within a well-established organisation known for their works across plumbing, HVAC, medical gases, and maintenance in diverse commercial and industrial settings. This role has the backing of a long and consistent pipeline of work. Key Responsibilities: - Carry out plumbing and drainage work to commercial standards - Install and maintain pipework systems for HVAC, medical gases and related mechanical services - Collaborate with teams to support building systems across installation, commissioning and maintenance phases - Adhere to strict Health & Safety protocols on site - Interpret and work from technical plans and specifications Skills & Experience: - Full NZ registration as a plumber required - Proven experience in commercial or industrial plumbing environments - Familiarity with HVAC, drainage and medical gas systems is highly advantageous - Strong understanding of safety systems and technical compliance - Excellent communication, teamwork and proactive mindset What’s on Offer: - $35–$40 per hour, based on experience - Immediate start opportunity in Christchurch - Be part of a high-performing mechanical services team handling impactful projects - Consistent and long pipeline of work If this role sounds like you, please apply or send your CV to caleb@franklinsmithgroup.co.nz
