Tiny house floor sections

4 x 10m2 floor sections as per the attached drawing 2 sections in sheet steel and 2 bases in timber All floor sections are fully insulated. You could build 1 x 40m2 building or 4 x 10m2 cabins, or a 10m cabin plus a 30m2 building or 2 x 20m2 buildings. Plenty of options Located in HIKUAI Coromandel Auction is for all 4 sections All built for a 40m2 kitset building to go in a remote location in Coromandel but the project fell through due to land sale. These bases went on to a steel frame (now sold), then I planned to use Bondor freezer panel for walls and roof - about $15000, and buy add windows - $10 to $15000 so making a low cost very well insulated 40m2 building. Might be able to assist with loading using tractor HIAB available in Pauanui if required
