Support site safety initiatives and continuous improvement We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented STMS  to help manage traffic flow and ensure safety across our sites in the Waikato. This role is critical in maintaining order and safety on-site, working closely with various teams to control traffic movement efficiently and effectively. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Implement and oversee traffic management plans on-site * Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic safely and efficiently * Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies * Communicate clearly with drivers, site personnel, and visitors * Carry out risk assessments and report any hazards promptly * Maintain traffic control equipment and signage * Support site safety initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: * Relevant STMS certification and experience in traffic control * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Ability to stay alert and focused in a fast-paced environment * Good understanding of health and safety standards * Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated * Willingness to work flexible hours as needed HOW TO APPLY: Ready to take the next step in your career with an exciting role in traffic management?
