Typical duties include: - Managing residents’ everyday needs, from clinical to end-of-life care - Creating and following long term care plans as well as clinical assessments - Taking charge of the care centre on certain shifts and making appropriate clinical decisions - Delivering planned nursing care and evaluate progress in partnership with the resident and their family to enhance their daily lives. - Providing guidance and direction to the caregivers on shift - Building trusted relationships with residents and their families This is a permanent part-time role, working on a roster cycle of: Week 1 - Thursday, Friday and Saturday Nights.
