About the Role This is a varied and rewarding position where you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients throughout their building journey, while also coordinating our in-house marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include: *Being the main point of contact for clients, including weekly updates during construction. *Attending client walkthroughs, site meetings and arranging handovers *Coordinating after-sales maintenance communication. *Managing our organic social media channels and coordinating events. *Bringing our house and land packages to life across every platform — from Trade Me and our website to social media and on-site signage *Liaising with our external marketing agency About You We’re looking for someone who is: *Professional, approachable, and confident communicating with clients. *Organised, with strong attention to detail. *Skilled in marketing coordination and comfortable with digital platforms (social media, websites, listings). *A natural relationship-builder who can balance client care with marketing activity.
