After a Successful year of growth in a challenging market we are now on the hunt for an additional Account Manager to join our Trade Sales Team as we take things to another level. With a thriving customer base, we offer an exciting, fast-paced environment where driven sales professionals can make a real impact. To be successful in this role, you will: * Be energetic, positive and enthusiastic self-motivator with a drive to succeed. * Grow sales revenue by identifying new business opportunities and expanding market share. * Have a passion for customer service excellence and be passionate about building strong relationships. * Keep ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. * Manage Key accounts, ensuring high service levels and customer satisfaction. * Love working in and collaborating with a team but with the ability to work autonomously also What You'll Bring * Proven experience in account management and sales success. * Strong background in the building, construction & trade sales industries. * Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate. * Strong commercial acumen and a customer-first approach. * Exceptional communication, time management, and IT skills.
