This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work and values quality. What's in it for you? * $36-$42 per hour depending on experience * Full-time, permanent role with diverse, ongoing work * Work across a wide range of systems - no two days the same * Join a team that invests in the latest tools, tech, and training * Be part of a company with a strong reputation and values What You'll Be Doing: * Installing, maintaining, and servicing commercial & industrial refrigeration systems * Working on heat pumps, ducted and VRF systems, freezer and cool room installs * Performing planned maintenance, fault finding, and remedial work * Testing, adjusting, and commissioning new systems * Supervising less experienced techs and completing paperwork to a high standard * Handling customer enquiries and ensuring top-quality service What You'll Bring: You'll hold a Level 4 Refrigeration qualification with experience across refrigeration, air conditioning, and mechanical plant. You're confident reading technical drawings, working independently or in a team, and solving problems on the fly. A positive attitude, great time management, and strong communication are key.
