HSE Programme Co-ordinator
About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Programme Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll provide essential administrative and coordination support across Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) functions.
You'll manage data, coordinate incident processes, prepare reports, and assist operational teams to maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administration & Data Management:
* Manage emails, correspondence, invoicing, and provide administrative support to HSQE and other business units.
* Maintain accurate data in HSQE systems
2. Incident Coordination:
* Triage incidents, create investigation folders, and support corrective action closure.
* Organise logistics for incident review meetings and distribute updates.
3. Reporting & Audit Support:
* Prepare weekly and fortnightly incident reports and compile data for internal and client reporting.
* Support audit processes and communicate feedback deadlines.
4. Training & Injury Management:
* Assist with HSQE inductions and training coordination.
* Support injury management processes, including liaising with physio providers and administrators.
5. Continuous Improvement:
* Contribute to HSQE process improvements and support project work.
About you:
* High School Education (NCEA Level 3 minimum).
Tertiary qualification (NZ Certificate Level 5 or similar) desirable.
* Minimum 5 years of administration experience.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
* Proactive, motivated, and a team player.
