You’ll be welding and fabricating to a high standard across a range of projects, while also helping lead a small team. Your ability to train, supervise, and coordinate workflow will be crucial, as will your confidence working between the workshop and occasional client/site interactions or office-based planning.To be successful, you’ll need:

Proven experience in TIG and MIG welding
*
Strong understanding of fabrication processes and safety standards
*
Previous team leader or supervisory experience
*
Confidence with training and mentoring others
*
Ability to manage time and workflow efficiently
*
Good communication skills and a professional attitude
*
Some computer literacy (job cards, basic reports, email, etc.)Bonus if you have:

Trade qualification in welding or engineering
*
Forklift, WTR or other tickets
*
Experience in both workshop and site-based work
