This role is critical to ensuring inventory records stock movements and pulp allocations are managed accurately and in line with operational and customer requirements. You will work closely with internal teams transport operators customers and external service providers using our inventory systems and customer operating systems to manage inward and outward stock movements. **Location:** Tauranga **Status:** Full-Time Permanent Monday - Friday **Specific Responsibilities** * Maintain a safe work environment and comply with all H&S requirements * Accurately manage inward and outward stock documentation * Maintain stock registers and investigate variances * Support stock takes and CMPC import pulp control * Complete administrative tasks related to warehousing and shipments * Allocate pulp to vessels prior to shipping **Who we're after:** * Experience in inventory control and logistics * Strong communication and people skills * Accurate detail-focused and computer-savvy * Full Class 1 Driver License **About Us:** Qube Ports NZ is a leading nationwide service provider offering a comprehensive range of cargo logistics stevedoring marshalling transportation warehousing and IT solutions.
