Summary: Seeking hardworking and committed individuals to support daily workflow within a small, supportive processing team, involving product handling, hoist operation, and maintaining a clean work environment. Focus on health and safety awareness What’s on offer * $28 per hour * Long-term, stable work for the right person * Monday to Friday – No weekend work * Two shift options available: * 5:00am – 1:30pm * 2:30pm – 10:30pm * All PPE provided   About the role We are looking for hardworking and committed individuals who can support the daily workflow of the processing team. Key duties include:   * Working in cold and wet environments, unloading products from trucks and moving them to processing areas * Operating a stand-up counterbalance hoist for loading and unloading * Maintaining a safe but efficient work pace within a small, supportive team * Assisting with general operational tasks to ensure smooth daily production * Manual product handling * Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and hazard-free * Maintaining strong Health & Safety awareness   What we’re looking for * Current Counterbalance licence * Reach hoist experience advantageous * Confident, competent hoist operators * Strong team players * Physically fit and able to perform manual handling * Looking for long-term stability and Monday–Friday work-life balance   Additional requirements * Immediate start available * Must pass a pre-employment drug test * Must return a satisfactory Ministry of Justice check * Must provide two contactable work references
