What you’ll be doing
* Operating excavators (20T & 13T) and rollers
* Supporting demolition works, including safe and efficient machine-based deconstruction
* Completing final trim to ±10mm
* Preparing surfaces for asphalt and concrete
* Working across varied environments and site conditions
* Communicating clearly with supervisors, crews, and clients
What we’re looking for
* Proven excavator operating experience (up to 13T+)
* Strong final trim skills (to 10mm)
* Solid understanding of surface prep for asphalt and concrete
* Ability to work calmly under pressure
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Good judgment and problem-solving ability
* Excellent time management and attention to detail
* Professional approach with customers and suppliers
