With a solid stream of projects rolling out across Dunedin and South Otago, our client is looking for a Class 4 driving contractor to contribute to a substantial Dunedin project from the 19th of Jan through to mid 2026. What's in it for you? * Project secured through to mid-2026, offering strong job security * $36-$38 ph contractor rates depending on experience * Immediate start available from the 19th of January with big 45 - 55 hour weeks with potential Saturday work if wanted * Work alongside a local civil contractor that has direct access to management Role: Our client is looking for a confident Class 4 driver with proven experience working in civil or earthworks sites to jump straight on the saddle - carting material, waste and perform general driving tasks on a large scale trenching project located in Kaikorai Valley and extends through to the Waikari Road substation. You'll be operating both a Class 4 auto tipper as well as a 6-speed Class 2 manual. Experience in both vehicles is essential to ensure site production moves smoothly & on time.
