HEB Construction are looking for Casual TTM Workers, you will play a vital role in protecting our people, the public, and the environment whilst essential roading works happen. You ensure safe and smooth traffic operations on our projects. What you will do: * Implement and monitor traffic management plans with precision and care. * Ensure the safety of workers, road users, and pedestrians at all times. * Maintain open, clear, and respectful communication channels with team members and the public * Uphold compliance with all legal and company standards for traffic control. What you will (ideally) bring: * Ability to work collaboratively and uphold company values. * Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. * Calm and confident decision-making under pressure. * Current TTM Controller qualification. * Strong understanding of traffic management principles and safety regulations (and/or willingness to learn!) * Honest and transparent in all interactions. * Accountability and commitment to continuous improvement. * Foster a positive team culture built on trust and mutual respect.
