**Admin Team Lead - Team Medical** We are seeking a leader with strong delivery and an eye for excellence. As our Administrator lead you will lead our administration and reception teams ensuring our systems, people, and processes operate at their best. You will be proactive, identifying improvement early, make good calls under pressure, and bring clarity when things are complex. This is a leadership role, with operational and 2IC responsibility. You will work alongside and support our clinical leaders and Medical Centre Manager to keep our practice service focused, delivering at its best and play a key role in the overall planning and performance of the Centre. As part of our Leadership Team you will play a key role in the overall planning and performance of the Centre. The Admin Team Lead typically leads the Admin & Reception team that provides mission critical front of house & back office services to our valued patients and kaimahi. You will be responsible for service levels, day to day financial management, audits & reporting, payroll, rostering, collaboration with the centre leadership team, recruitment, development and implementation of new and existing models of care for our community.
