The restaurant has a lively, stylish atmosphere, think bold flavours, crafted cocktails, and service that's both relaxed and polished. This is a hands on role where you'll lead by example, balancing daily operations with team leadership, cost control, and system improvement. What you'll be doing: * Leading the day-to-day operations, setting the tone, managing the team, and keeping service sharp. * Building strong communication between front and back of house. * Owning COGS, wage control, and budgets (and knowing how to use those numbers to improve). * Handling HR responsibilities like onboarding, performance chats, and creating a great team culture. * Reviewing and improving systems so things run smoother, faster, and smarter. * Making sure every guest walks out happy, and comes back for more. What we're looking for: * 3+ years' experience in a restaurant leadership role. * Confidence managing both people and performance, you know how to motivate a team and handle challenges head-on. * Solid understanding of costs, rosters, and reporting. * A natural communicator, someone who connects easily with both guests and staff. * Calm under pressure, hands-on in service, and proactive in problem-solving. * Bilingual skills are a plus.
