Our directors have been involved in concept development, venue fit-outs and kitchen builds for venues including The Green Man Pub, Dillinger’s, Leroy’s Bar, The Occidental, St John’s Bar Kitchen, The Oaks Hotel and the Portlander kitchens, as well as leading kitchen teams in five-star hotels and internationally recognised restaurants. We are looking for an experienced Operations & Venue Development Manager to join our team in a role that combines hands-on venue leadership with involvement in new hospitality development projects across Wellington. You will initially be based at Ernesto’s, our award-winning restaurant and bar in the heart of Wellington’s CBD, working closely with the directors to support the team, refine systems and demonstrate your venue management capability. You will also assist with several exciting venue development projects currently being explored across Wellington city and surrounding suburbs.
