About the role
- Manage electrical projects from contract award through to final completion and payment
- Programming, documentation, and resourcing all fall under your remit
- Budgets, variations, progress claims, and cost management sit with you
- Act as the primary contact for clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Drive continuous improvement across HSE, process efficiency, and risk management on every project
Skills and experience
- Prior experience leading electrical crews on residential and commercial sites with a strong focus on quality
- Capable of managing multiple projects across residential and commercial while developing less experienced team members
- A natural leader who coaches well and lifts performance across the team
- NZ Electrical Registration, Practicing License, Site Safe, and full Driver’s License
- Strong time management, clear communication, and composure under pressure
