The applicant must be well organised and show up on time, take pride in their work with an emphasis on attention to detail, present well and have excellent communication skills and attitude. Attractive packages with competitive hourly wage, work vehicle and tool allowance! Position requirements: - Must be qualified or have more than five years experience as a competent builder/carpenter. Rates of pay will vary depending upon experience - Experience in decorating (painting/plastering) a bonus or the willingness to learn - Have a good set of hand and power tools - Competent with an iPhone including use of various apps - Can work independently and as a team - Must hold a current and valid full driver’s license - NZ work Visa if applicable Our work involves everything from complete renovations through to general property maintenance work.
