**Engineered Landfill Supervisor** AWF are seeking a skilled and motivated Engineered Landfill Supervisor & Operator to lead daily operations at our engineered landfill site in the heart of Marlborough. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, maintaining safety standards, and delivering efficient & effective site performance. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate landfill operations, including waste placement, cover application, and leachate/gas management. Operate and oversee heavy machinery including excavators, dozers, and compactors. Ensure compliance with resource consents, environmental standards, and health & safety requirements. Lead and manage site staff and contractors to achieve operational targets. Monitor and report on site performance, including environmental monitoring and maintenance schedules.
