This position blends hands‑on warehouse tasks with front‑of‑house customer interaction, eventually developing into a more sales‑focused role. The successful applicant will represent the company with confidence, warmth, and professionalism - you will be the 'face' of a well-established New Zealand safety gear brand. What you'll be doing: * Picking, checking, and packing customer orders * Managing inwards goods, including checking off and receipting deliveries * Assisting customers in a friendly, confident, and engaging manner * Supporting sales and customer relationships through excellent service * Completing local deliveries using a company vehicle (A current full Class 1 licence required) What you need: * Outstanding verbal and written communication skills * Excellent attention to detail * A positive, extroverted attitude with strong customer‑service instincts * Confidence engaging with customers and supporting sales activity * Previous warehouse and/or customer service experience is an advantage What's in it for you: * Permanent, full‑time role to start immediately * Monday to Friday work only * Two weeks off over Christmas and New Year * Uniform provided * Long‑term stability with a respected Kiwi‑owned brand * A team culture that celebrates successes together!
