Work in a supportive environment with growth opportunities We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our client's growing team in Nelson. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values a safe and efficient work environment, and is eager to learn. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manufacturing Support Assist with small-scale manufacturing tasks using tools such as: * Drill Press * Lathe * Band Saw * Inwards Goods Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock and materials. Report any discrepancies or damages * Order Picking & Packing Accurately pick and pack orders for dispatch, ensuring quality and accuracy * Courier Coordination Liaise with courier companies to manage pickups and deliveries efficiently * Inventory & Data Entry Use basic computer programs to manage stock and input relevant data. **Role Requirements:** * Full Class 1 Driver's License (required) * Current OSH and F Endorsement Forklift License (required) * Physically fit and able to safely lift and move heavy items * Basic computer literacy (MS Office or similar) * Reliable, punctual and keen to learn * A proactive attitude and willingness to follow procedures **Training & Support:** No experience in all areas?
