This hands-on role is ideal for someone who can operate various machines and step in to provide forklift coverage when needed. You'll operate high-speed machinery, handle finished goods, and help keep production running smoothly - all while getting paid to stay fit and active.

What You'll Be Doing
*
Operate and monitor machinery to maintain consistent quality and output
*
Manage forklift duties including product movement and storage
*
Pack, stack, and shift finished cardboard products safely and efficiently
*
Communicate with your team to meet daily production targets
*
Follow strict safety and quality standards at all times
What You'll Bring

Proven factory or production experience in a fast-paced environment
*
Forklift licence and confidence operating in a busy production setting
*
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
*
Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting (20kg+)
*
Reliable, safety-focused, and willing to learn new machinery
*
Able to pass a Ministry of Justice and drug screening
Hours and ShiftsMonday to Friday
*
Morning: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
*
Afternoon: 2:20 PM – 10:20 PMOvertime available after training, including weekends and extended weekday hours
