Coordinate daily dispatch schedules to meet deadlines We’re looking for an experienced Dispatch Team Leader to join our clients warehousing and logistics operation. In this role, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day dispatch activities—leading a team to ensure goods are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a smooth workflow, driving efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement within our fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead, motivate, and support a team of dispatch and warehouse staff. • Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules to meet delivery deadlines. • Monitor order accuracy, dispatch quality, and documentation compliance. • Liaise with transport providers, drivers, and internal departments to resolve delivery or stock issues. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards at all times. • Train and develop team members, conducting performance reviews and feedback sessions. • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize dispatch performance. About You • Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role. • Strong organisational and communication skills. • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities. • Hands-on leadership style with a focus on teamwork and accountability. • Proficiency with inventory management software and ERP systems • Knowledge of health & safety and warehouse best practices.
