You'll be involved in daily dispatch operations while helping maintain smooth workflows, safety standards and team performance. Key Responsibilities * Support and oversee daily dispatch operations * Forklift operation, pallet wrapping and yard coordination * Ordering packaging materials and CHEP pallets * Liaising with transport companies and hub operators * Assisting with Health & Safety, including toolbox talks * Providing cover across Inventory, Inwards and Picking as required What We're Looking For * Previous dispatch or logistics experience * Forklift & Reach licences preferred * Confident communicator with natural leadership skills * Organised, proactive and willing to get stuck in * Strong focus on Health & Safety and teamwork What's On Offer * Starting rate from $26 per hour, depending on experience * Stable Monday-Friday work with occasional overtime * Career development in a supportive team environment * Variety and responsibility - no two days the same If this sounds like you, apply now!
