Ongoing industry development and wellbeing initiatives * Monday to Friday role, no weekend work * Represent a nationwide Automotive Group * $33-$38 p/h rate + benefits Automotive Service Technician * Several Auckland Locations * Monday to Friday role, no weekend work * Represent a nationwide Automotive Group About the company: Stellar Recruitment is looking for a New Zealand based Automotive Technician to join our clients well performing workshop located in Auckland Airport as a Service Technician. The role will involve a 40-hour work week, representing a high-volume environment with consistent workflow in a well-established franchise workshop. The ideal candidate will have a workshop / dealership background with a strong ability to perform minor / major servicing, accessories fitment and running repairs. To be successful in this role you will have: * Automotive Trade qualification * Good communication and presentation * Ability to service and diagnose Petrol / Diesel vehicles * 2+ Years post qualification experience on the tools * Full clean NZ Driver's License You will be working within a close-knit team that represents a strong brand within the market, with multiple locations around the country. Career progression is developed internally, so local technicians looking for a step up in time will have firsthand exposure to opportunities within the wider business. Key responsibilities include: * Service and repair vehicles in line with manufacturer standards. * Perform effective engine and electrical basic diagnostics * Ensure high-quality service and communication to workshop Foreman. * Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and relevant warranty processes * Stay updated with the latest technical advancements and new model training * Follow all health and safety regulations in the workshop.
