Collaborate on process improvements and food safety culture At Dynamix Recruitment, we are currently on the hunt for strong, fit candidates who would be available to start work immediately in Henderson area. Shift: * Monday to Friday * Times – start from 8 AM – 5pm Duties: * Conduct regular inspections of process equipment and conditions, raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality specifications, including pre-operation checks, and online monitoring. * Perform laboratory tests on samples to detect any deviations from quality standards. Record and analyse test results to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality control protocols. Identify and address any issues that may affect product quality. * Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and audits. Generate reports to communicate findings and recommend corrective actions. * Update inventory records and reflect stock status. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance product quality. * Assist with customer complaints investigations, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation. Skills: * 5+ years in food manufacturing industry (preferred) * 2+ years in high-risk or highly regulated industry such as meat, dairy or pharma. * Experience in FMCG with exposure to NZ distribution as well as exporting. * Experience participating in a HACCP and/or Quality system team * Experience with thermal processing. * Lead a food safety and quality culture across all levels of the company including behaviours on the production floor * Support production staff to understand and adhere to food safety and quality requirements Hurry up to apply now!!!
