Company that genuinely looks after its people Permanent role | Stable business | Great team culture We’re looking for a switched-on, detail-driven Quality Operator to join our night shift team. If you’ve got a QC or lab background, great — but strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and solid computer skills are what matter most. What you’ll do: - Mostly working in the laboratory, doing quality testing such as strength, quality and colour testing - Inputting data into the computer system - Review batch schedules and support machine/batch changes. - Complete routine quality checks and keep production running smoothly. - Communicate confidently with production and follow SOPs accurately.
