Saint Clair, 3 bedrooms

In search of a friendly, easy-going, quiet-living, tidy, respectful person to share with two like-minded others in a lovely non-party home. We are situated in a quiet safe neighbourhood high on the hill in St Clair, with views, privacy and sun. The room is pictured with a single bed, but does fit a double bed if needed. The room is not huge (just over 3x3 metres), but comfortable & can fit a desk if need be. It has a build-in wardrobe. It comes unfurnished, but if you require it to be furnished, please do enquire anyway. It's on the northern/sunny side of the house. There's a great fireplace, which makes it cosy in the winter. Although there are buses, it's much quicker to get into the centre of town by car - so would more suit someone with their own transport. There is ample on-street parking directly outside the house. There is a vege garden, so you can grow your own healthy veggies! The room is available from mid-December, but I'm happy to hold it until January for the right person.
