




The opportunity: Join TW Traffic Management’s dedicated traffic team as a Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS). In this hands-on role, you’ll play a key part in delivering safe and effective traffic management solutions across a variety of worksites. We deliver secure and efficient traffic management services across all road levels, from planning and design to implementation and project oversight. As our STMS, your key responsibilities will include: • Implementing and overseeing Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) on-site, ensuring full compliance with CoPTTM, RCA requirements, and site-specific conditions. • Conducting thorough site risk assessments and applying effective mitigation strategies to manage hazards. • Leading, directing, and supporting Traffic Controllers and crew members during site setup, active operations, and pack down. • Communicating clearly and professionally with clients, contractors, and road users to maintain safe and efficient site operations. • Ensuring the correct placement, operation, and removal of traffic management equipment. • Monitoring live site conditions and making real-time adjustments to TMPs to uphold safety and efficiency. • Reporting incidents, near misses, and non-compliance in accordance with company policies and legal obligations. • Collaborating with Senior STMS staff to review TMP designs and suggest practical improvements. Qualifications, skills and experience: • Current STMS (P) Cat A and B. • Current and Clean Full Class 2 license. • Previous experience in Temporary Traffic Management (minimum 2 - 3 years preferred). • Strong understanding of TMP implementation and live site adjustments. • Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) for reporting and documentation. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
