An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a highly respected, family-owned civil contractor in Auckland. Lead from the front and make your mark on key infrastructure projects shaping the city's future.

The Role
As a Site Supervisor, you will be the driving force on-site, responsible for the day-to-day management of civil construction projects. You'll lead dedicated crews, ensuring work is completed safely, to a high standard, on time, and within budget. Your role will involve coordinating subcontractors, managing plant and resources, and being the key point of contact for project progress and problem-solving on the ground.
Ideal Candidate
* 3+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman in the NZ civil sector.
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage on-site teams effectively.
* A strong understanding of NZ health and safety regulations and construction practices.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
* Clear communication skills to coordinate with crews, project managers, and clients.
