Support the paint line team in a well-run production facility, gain valuable experience, and earn great pay. What You'll Be Doing: **Machine Operation & Labouring - 70%** * Operate automated heavy machinery, including start-up and shut-down procedures * Load raw materials into machines efficiently and safely * Conduct quality checks and visual inspections during production * Maintain cleanliness of machinery and surrounding work areas * Assist with moving stock and products throughout the warehouse as needed **Forklift Operation - 20%** * Operate a 5T counterbalance forklift (valid licence preferred - training available if required) Shift Overview: Work on a consistent 3-week rotating roster, with two day shifts and two night shifts scheduled between Monday and Saturday. * Day Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:00 PM * Night Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:00 AM * Every Sunday Off What We're Looking For: * Someone with a **positive attitude** and willingness to learn * **Physically fit**, with good attention to detail * Previous experience in rotating shift work preferred * Able to follow instructions and work safely * Great **written and verbal communication skills** * **Counterbalance Forklift Licence:** Preferred, training provided * **Driver's Licence:** Restricted or Full * Machine operation or production experience is a bonus - not essential Why You'll Love It: * Excellent pay: **$29.74/hour** * Structured shifts with clear hours and full training * Join a well-known industry leader * Be part of an inclusive and engaging work environment with great opportunities to learn and grow. * Gain valuable experience in the manufacturing sector **Important Information** Please note that you must have the **right to work in New Zealand** and be **present in the country at the time of application**.
