The Role:
As a Labourer / Kiln Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.
When the kiln is active, you’ll be involved in general labouring duties and assisting in the control and operation of our plant and equipment. You’ll work on a 4-on/4-off roster with rotating day and night shifts.
When the Kiln is inactive you will be required to work 7-4.30 Monday to Friday with weekend work available.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and maintain fixed and mobile plant
* Carry out daily maintenance, cleaning, and general labouring duties.
* Fill pneumatic tankers and assist with loading out of products as required.
* Follow all Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure your safety and that of your team.
What We’re Looking For:
* A strong work ethic and reliability.
* Ability to work on a rostered shift pattern (4 days on / 4 days off, including nights).
* Hands-on attitude and willingness to carry out physical labour.
* Respect for Health and Safety practices and company procedures.
* Previous experience operating plant equipment or in a similar role is preferred but not essential — full training will be provided.
