Afternoon shift for work-life balance Frame & Truss Assembly Workers We’re currently seeking reliable and hardworking Hammer Hands / Assembly Workers to join a busy frame and truss manufacturing team. Shift: Afternoon Pay Rate: $27 – $29 per hour + 8% holiday pay Job Type: Temp to Perm Opportunities Key Responsibilities: • Assembling timber wall frames and roof trusses • Installing nail plates and connectors • Using hammers and power tools safely and efficiently • Following plans and measurements • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment What We’re Looking For: • Previous experience in frame/truss assembly or carpentry (preferred) • Confident using hand and power tools • Strong attention to detail • Reliable with a solid work ethic • Physically fit and able to handle repetitive manual work What’s in it for You: • Competitive hourly rate + holiday pay • Afternoon shift for work-life balance • Opportunity to go permanent • Supportive team environment
