Summary: This role involves contributing to various physical labor duties in construction, maintenance, and civil sites, offering consistent and rewarding work for all experience levels. With both short- and long-term placements available, there's an opportunity here for workers of all experience levels who want consistent, rewarding work. Key Responsibilities*: * Assisting on civil, construction, or roading sites. * Helping with loading and unloading materials. * Performing general maintenance duties. * Operating basic hand and power tools. * Supporting tradespeople and machine operators. * Site clean-up and material handling. * Maintaining a clean and safe work environment. *Role requirements may change depending on the client. What We're Looking For: * Good physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects. * A strong work ethic and positive attitude. * Full drivers licence and reliable mode of transport. * A willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. * Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. * Previous labouring experience is a bonus but not essential. * A valid driver's license and reliable transport are advantageous.
