Supportive and collaborative work environment We are seeking motivated and experienced Mechanical Labourers with a background in solar installations to join an upcoming project in Christchurch. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in mechanical labour, particularly in the solar industry. Training in working from heights is preferred but not essential. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar panels and systems. - Perform mechanical tasks related to solar installations, including mounting and securing panels. - Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently, adhering to company and industry standards. - Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget. - Conduct site assessments and prepare materials for installation. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to solar installations. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Mechanical Labourer, preferably in the solar industry. - Ability to work from heights; training in working from heights is a plus. - Strong understanding of mechanical systems and tools. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good physical condition and stamina. - Valid driver's license.
