Summary: Seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to lead and supervise a team, operate heavy machinery, and contribute to various large-scale civil construction projects. Highlights: 1. Lead, supervise, and motivate a team onsite, including subcontractors 2. Operate various heavy machinery for earthworks, drainage, and construction 3. Work on large-scale roading, 3waters, and land development projects * Hourly Pay + Company Vehicle * Min 3+ Years Foreman Exp + Class 1 & 2 License * Training & Further Development + Based In Wellington The Role: I'm on the hunt for an experienced Civil Foreman who can bring their operating skills and leadership abilities to a trusted and successful Civil Construction business in Wellington. If you're looking for secure work and a large forward workload into 2026, bring your expertise at getting the job done to my clients ever expanding team. As Civil Foreman, you'll be responsible to lead, supervise and motivate a team onsite including subcontractors through daily operations. Your tasks will include operating various heavy machinery whilst completing earthworks, drainage and construction tasks. This role will also work on a variety of large-scale roading projects, 3waters, land development and commercial sites. What we are looking for: * Foreman/ Supervising experience in Civil Construction * Experience operating heavy machinery is preferred I.e.
