




As a Customer Service and Data Entry person, you will be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You will play a vital role in processing orders, managing customer enquiries. Key Responsibilities: • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. • Processing orders accurately and promptly • Invoicing sales orders accurately • Responding promptly to customer enquiries. • Communicating with customers through various channels. • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. What We’re Looking For: Previous Customer Service experience (manufacturing experience is a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using computer systems and software for order processing and reporting. A proactive and solutions-focused mindset. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
