Join an excellent team culture committed to safety We are looking for experienced and licensed Gantry Crane Operators to join a reputable steel distributor in Christchurch. Our client are able to get the right candidate started ASAP, with the possibility of temporary to permanent job opportunities in the future. Key Responsibilities: * Operating the Gantry Crane to move steel around the workshop * Forklift driving (If Licensed) * Measure and cut metal material to specified lengths * Keeping the workshop space tidy * Working apart of a team and independently Skill & Attributes required: * Gantry Crane Operators Certificate * Forklift Operators Certificate (OSH Certificate & F Endorsement) * Proven experience with using cutting tools/power tools * Dedication to Health & Safety protocols What We Offer: * Pay Rate: $25-$26 + 8% Holiday Pay * Potential for Temporary to Permanent work * Ability to start working ASAP * Commitment to employee well-being and safety * Excellent team culture *You must be a NZ Citizen, NZ Resident or have a valid Visa to work in NZ.
