The RoleOur client is looking for a reliable and hands-on General Labourer to join their civil construction team in Taihape. You'll work closely with the Foreman to support local infrastructure projects, taking on a mix of general labouring, spotting, and on-site assistance. This is a practical role where every day is varied and engaging. Key Responsibilities * Assist with site setups, pack-downs, and day-to-day civil operations * Support the Foreman with machinery and equipment tasks * Carry out physical labour to help keep projects on track * Operate WTR machinery where qualified Hours * Monday to Friday, 6:30 am - 4:30 pm * Flexibility for occasional project-based adjustments What We're Looking For * Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work * Confident in general civil construction tasks * WTR endorsement and Class 2+ licences are beneficial but not required * Experience with heavy machinery (diggers, rollers) is a bonus What We Offer * Work on local civil projects with no long trips away * Weekly pay, starting ASAP * Potential for permanent employment after the seasonal period How to ApplySubmit your application through APPLY NOW with an up-to-date CV and work history.
