To be successful in the role, you will need: * A mix of experience, initiative, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with confidence and precision. * Strong time management and organisation skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a busy environment * The ability to build strong, service-focused relationships across teams and with external stakeholders, ensuring a positive and professional experience at every interaction * Strong IT proficiency and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and digital tools Ideally you will have: * Previous experience in local government and a strong understanding of the services councils provide to our community * Proven administrative experience in a regulatory setting - exposure to Building Control Accreditation (BCA) processes will be a real advantage Why Choose Us?
