




We’re looking for a Dispatch Pick Packer to who will support the team leader in our clients warehousing and logistics operation. In this role, you’ll support the team leader in the day-to-day dispatch activities—leading a team to ensure goods are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This is a hands-on role, as you will be working alongside the team pick packing as well co-ordinating to maintain a smooth workflow, driving efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement within our fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and prioritise daily pick and pack activities • Prepare dispatch schedules and allocate tasks to warehouse team members • Assist and ensure orders are picked accurately and packed to company standards • Complete and check dispatch documentation, manifests, and labels • Liaise with drivers, couriers, and internal teams to meet delivery timelines • Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised dispatch area • Assist with general warehouse duties as required About You • Previous experience in dispatch, pick packing, or warehouse operations in a supervisory role • Strong organisational and time-management skills • Excellent communication, and teamwork abilities • High attention to detail and accuracy • Physically fit and ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Forklift/Reach Truck licence (advantage, not essential) • Proficiency with inventory management software ERP systems.
